Standard Warranty

  • Most parts are sols AS-IS with NO WARRANTY.
  • All parts $1,000 and over receive a free 30-day warranty from date of purchase.
  • Parts under $1,000 receive a $1 per day warranty up to a maximum of 30 days.

What is Covered

Parts that are defective and cannot be used for their intended purpose.

What is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overheating, accident, or modification.
  • Labor charges, towing, rental cars, or downtime.
  • Electrical parts (ECMs, alternators, etc.) once installed or opened.
  • Any part that has been disassembled, altered, or welded on.
  • Warranty is void if the part is installed and them removed improperly.

Warranty Process

  1. Customer must return the part with original invoice within the warranty period.
  2. All warranty claims must be approved by a Manager or Technician.
  3. We reserve the right to test or inspect any returned part.
  4. If approved, we will replace the part or issue store credit only. No cash refunds on warranty claims.
