Core Charges and Returns Policies

  1. Customers will be charged the full core amount unless the customer brings the core with them or we are retrieving it on a delivery.
  2. Customers have 30 days to return cores for refund.
  3. Core must be the exact same type and condition as sold (no damaged or wrong cores).
  4. Tax is also refunded on cores.
  5. Core refunds are issued as store credit or cash (Manager discretion).

Examples

  • Sold core for $100 + tax = $109.75. Full refund is $109.75.
  • Sold core for $100, gave partial refund of $50. Refund is $50 + tax = $54.88.
